Our attractively furnished, short-term rental guest cottages and Captain's
main house are especially comfortable and quiet. Each private waterfront
residence creates its own nautical world offering vibrant color schemes,
seaman's books and art, spectacular shoreline views, media/entertainment
space, outdoor terraces, a full bath and kitchen.  While each unit  normally
features king or queen size beds, special requests for two single beds may
be facilitated.  Private fishing and yacht charters  are also available.

Situated along eastern Baltimore County's 125-mile shoreline, with easy
access to North America's best in pleasure boating and fishing.
Nearby Maryland's best "certified clean marinas",  the Fort McHenry
Museum, and other National Historic Seaport attractions including  the  
Baltimore Inner Harbor and commerce district,  only 30 minutes away. Less
than 1 hour from metropolitan Washington, D.C. - the Nation's Capital.

The Residences at Dockside Landing is generally leased by the season,
half-season, or month with additional short-term options available.  
Extended stay/corporate/ government/interim housing, special holiday, and
extended week-end rental opportunities may also be arranged.

ADVANCE RESERVATION ACCEPTED FOR FULL WEEK OR MONTH ONLY.                
When available during any Saturday to Friday period, short term"Home Key" rates
are:  3 day minimum @ 50% Weekly Rate+15% each additional day.    
      
An advance deposit equal to one night's stay by  cash or credit card is
required to confirm a reserved space.  Deposit fee is refundable less a
$25 cancellation fee if cancelled fourteen (14) days before your
scheduled arrival date.  With less than fourteen (14) days cancellation
notice, refund will be made only if space is rented by another client.
